  The powerful John Deere 75 hp Engine drives a 1450 CFM blower capable of 16” of mercury. The 48” diameter baghouse/collection hopper raises up to 6ft 6" for loading any container, bag or dump truck. Pull this unit with a 1/2 ton pickup truck. Only 7500 lbs, No CLD Required! The Hurricane 400 is a versatile piece of equipment that can be used for several industries including:

  Got sludge? We have the answer! The latest innovation from Industrial Vacuum Equipment Corp. is the Hurricane 500LQ. This powerful vacuum is ideal for vacuuming liquids, sludge and slurreys. With the optional filtering container you can also separate the water from the sludge. Built in a compact design to fit in a standard shipping container.

  The Hurricane 800EM is the 200 hp version of our 500EM. The 4800 CFM and 28” of mercury is ideal for pulling heavy materials long distances.

• Trailer Mounted CYCLONE

  

  The trailer mounted CYCLONE is the vac truck’s best friend when it comes to jobs that require loading anything into a dumpster, dump truck, bladder bag or even a 55 gallon drum. The maximum discharge height is 9 feet, making the CYCLONE the most versatile piece of equipment available.

  Hazardous materials, sludges and abrasives no longer need to contaminate your vac truck. The CYCLONE is built to withstand the nastiest of materials, built with abrasion resistant wear plates, sleeved inlet and auto dump feature. This is a low maintenance piece of equipment, made to withstand years of abuse.

• High Reach Package

  

  All Hurricane™ models can be built with the High Reach Package that allows the operator to discharge material into any container or truck up to 11 feet high.

• Cyclone Separator / Baghouse

  

  Hurricane™ vacuums can be built with the cyclone separator/baghouse separate from the power unit.

• Hazardous Waste Package

  

  All Hurricane models are available with a hazardous waste package. This is ideal for asbestos, lead or contaminated soil clean up. The hazardous waste package includes a hydraulic auger, Hepa filtration and our patented fully automatic dust free discharge valve. Ideal for filling hazardous waste bags inside a dumpster as shown.

• Reload Hopper

  

  This device is used to fill containers with product that can not be reached by your vacuum. The material is vacuumed into the hopper then dumps automatically when full.

• Dump Hopper

  

  Industrial Vacuum Equipment now offers our in-line vacuum dump hoppers. These are used to catch any material before it gets to the vacuum. When the hopper is full, simply lift it with a fork truck, pull a lever and it dumps by itself. ½ yard to 2 yard sizes available.

• Goose Neck (5th wheel) Trailers

  

  All trailer mounted models are available with
  goose neck (5th wheel) trailers. Deck area available in front of the vacuum if needed.

• Hydraulic Lift Legs

  

  Hydraulic lift legs are available on all models
  for leveling the vacuum or to raise it to dump
  higher than the standard models.

• Hydraulic Flip Top Lid

  

  Now Available on all Hurricane Models
  No tools required to get access to the
  filterbags for maintenance. Start the engine,
  flip a switch and the baghouse opens.
  This option not only makes filter maintenance
  quicker, it makes it safer.
