The most significant feature about owning our own vacuum is reducing injuries to our employees as a result of moving rock. We found ourselves shoveling rock on small jobs rather than bringing in a vacuum sub. This situation led to several back injuries with our employees. We are now also able to offer our customers much greater flexibility for scheduling our crews onto projects.
